Security Deposit
A refundable S$150 deposit is required to secure your date. Balance due upon collection. Refundable upon return of all items in good condition. Any damage or loss will be deducted from the deposit.
Rental Period
2 days — pickup day before the event, return day after the event.
Delivery
Available at S$200 within Singapore, or self-collection and return.
Set-Up
By client. Video guide and checklist provided.
Cancellation
Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
Rescheduling
Not allowed within 14 days of the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 2–3 weeks for events with standard packages, and 4–6 weeks for premium packages or custom requests. Rush bookings may be available on a case-by-case basis—contact us.

Do you provide consultation?

Yes, every booking includes a free consultation to discuss your vision, colour scheme, budget, and specific requirements.

Can I customise the packages?

Absolutely. All packages are starting points. We work closely with you to adjust scope, add elements, or create something entirely bespoke.

Is there a surcharge for weekend events?

Weekend bookings (Saturday and Sunday) are in high demand and may include a modest surcharge. This will always be confirmed transparently during your free consultation before any deposit is taken.

What if my venue is outside Singapore?

We currently serve events across Singapore. For unique locations or distances, please contact us for a custom quote.

Do you provide storage or day-before setup?

Yes. Equipment can be stored on-site, and day-before setup is available for additional fees. Discuss this during consultation.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

The S$150 security deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of your event. Rescheduling is not allowed within 14 days of the event. Please reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
